The 90 Apex project is a mixed-use development located in New Cairo, aiming to provide an integrated destination that combines commercial, service, and hospitality activities within a modern architectural environment, creating a comprehensive experience for users and visitors. The project is currently at the Design Development stage, with a focus on achieving optimal operational efficiency and providing flexible spaces suitable for a variety of uses.

The project comprises a basement level primarily allocated to parking and services, followed by a Lower Ground Floor and a Ground Floor accommodating a variety of retail units, in addition to designated F&B areas for restaurants and cafés, enhancing commercial activity and creating a vibrant destination for visitors. The project also includes several upper floors providing flexible, multi-purpose spaces, supporting a diverse range of investment and service activities.

The project features a modern architectural design incorporating glass façades and high-quality metal cladding systems, together with architectural shading elements and advanced external finishes, giving the development a distinctive visual identity that reflects its contemporary character. The design also focuses on providing seamless circulation between the various levels through main entrances, elevators, and staircases, with dedicated service and loading areas to support efficient day-to-day operations.
