Project Description
In the heart of the most vibrant areas of El Shorouk, Ovalo Mall is located within an integrated residential community spanning 6,400 square meters.
The project is surrounded by thousands of residential units and residents in well-known compounds such as Springs, Maadi View, and La Vista.
Strategically positioned directly on Al Horreya Axis, the mall benefits from continuous movement and sustained daily activity.
It is also just minutes away from key arterial roads, including Suez Road, Ismailia Road, and the main entrance of El Shorouk, making it easily accessible from across the city.
Ovalo Mall has been designed to present a smart architectural model that combines integration with flexibility.
The development consists of five interconnected buildings linked by bridges, designed to operate as one fully integrated complex,
allowing smooth circulation between the various activities within the project.
An iconic oval-shaped building on one side of the development gives the mall a distinctive architectural identity,
supported by a practical design approach that considers the specific nature of each activity within the project.
The buildings have been developed to deliver integrated and harmonious services,
with a carefully planned distribution of operational elements that ensuresease of management and seamless movement throughout the project.
This work is led by architect Mohamed Hafez, who delivered a vision balancing aesthetic appeal with functional precision.
The developer also aims to incorporate the expertise of KAD as the operations and management consultant, with the objective of enhancing the operational efficiency of the current design and increasing the project’s attractiveness to brands during the operational phase.
