Project Description
Magna Developments’ Cubes Complex is a unique mixed-use development located in the Eastern Axis of New Administrative Capital’s Downtown district. Positioned just two minutes away from the main station of Monorail and one minute from the public transport station, the complex boasts easy access to transportation. It also directly overlooks the Mosque of Egypt and the Gold Market and is in close proximity to vital areas such as the Green River and the Parliament Building. The complex consists of three separate towers, each with a built-up area of 10,992m² distributed over 10 floors, in addition to four underground floors for parking. The mixed-use building offers commercial, administrative, and medical units, with each tower dedicated to a different investment activity to ensure privacy.
