SIGN marks a bold step forward in redefining integrated community living in one of
New Damietta’s most vital urban districts. Developed by The Edition, the project spans
approximately 92,000 square meters and occupies 30% of the Third District Services
Center, making it the largest and most influential development within the heart of the
city’s commercial and residential core.

Strategically located at the intersection of two major urban axes—Stadium Axis and
the International Coastal Axis—SIGN sits along El Bishbishi Street, offering unmatched
connectivity. Its proximity to key institutions and destinations reinforces its strategic
value, being just five minutes from Damietta University, Horus University, and the beach,
and within a twelve-minute radius of Delta University, Damietta Port, and twenty minutes
from the emerging New Mansoura City.

The masterplan is thoughtfully designed to balance scale with functionality. With sixty
percent of the total land dedicated to smooth internal mobility and ten percent allocated
