Project Description
Obsidier Tower project is situated in one of the most prominent locations in the downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, in the touristic towers zone (MU3), with a direct view of the Green River and the Northern Bin Zayed axis. It is also located on two corners between the Oia Tower and the 31 North Tower. The project consists of three towers interconnected with the commercial floors. It consists of 25 floors, along with four underground parking levels. The design of the building took into consideration the comfort of the customers, the optimal use of space, and the provision of green and aesthetic spaces, along with interior spaces that provide entrepreneurs with a unique and inspiring work environment.
