Isola Sheraton is located in the Sheraton Airport area as part of the Isola compound, which extends over 45 feddans. It is a mixed-use development (commercial, administrative, and medical). The mall consists of five commercial and administrative buildings distributed according to specific operational functions.

The commercial activity occupies the entire ground floor with a net area of 21,627 sqm and a built-up area of 26,605 sqm. The administrative and medical uses are located on the upper floors, with a net area of 85,744 sqm and a built-up area of 127,162 sqm. Approximately 1.5 buildings are allocated for medical activities and 3.5 buildings for administrative uses.

The mall is expected to be ready for leasing and operation within one year, allowing commercial and administrative activities to commence immediately upon completion of the construction and service works.
