Citalia Mall is one of the key components within the integrated urban plan of Citalia Compound in New Obour City,
developed by Valero Real Estate as a modern residential community of the same name. The mall’s plot represents a central piece within this plan,
designated to serve as the commercial and service hub for the compound’s residents and surrounding areas, acting as a focal point for daily activity throughout the project.

The project is strategically located in New Obour City, in an area connecting the modern urban expansion with the existing city,
near the main routes leading to the Cairo–Ismailia Desert Road, providing direct and easy access to Greater Cairo, particularly Heliopolis, Nasr City, and the Fifth Settlement.

The location benefits from its proximity to diverse residential clusters, medium- and social-housing projects, schools, medical services, and existing commercial areas, creating a stable and real demand base that supports sustainable activity within the mall.

The total land area of Citalia Compound is approximately 53,750 m², with a separate plot of around 8,063 m² allocated for the mall,
representing the commercial and service component of the project. The building footprint is limited to around 30% of the mall’s land, allowing for open
