The “NAJMA” Project, developed by OMRAN URBAN Development and WE BUILD Development, enjoys a prime location in New Damietta City, benefiting from the city’s rapid urban expansion and its direct frontage on the Mediterranean Sea.

The project extends over a total land area of approximately 10,000 sqm distributed across two adjacent plots, which have been planned under a unified vision for a mixed-use development combining commercial and serviced residential hospitality functions within a clear and well-balanced architectural framework.
The development consists of four floors (ground floor plus three upper floors), with a building footprint representing approximately 32% of the total land area. This planning approach allows for generous open spaces and landscaped areas that enhance pedestrian circulation and the overall visual environment of the project.

The design adopts a carefully planned vertical distribution that achieves functional separation while maintaining overall integration. The ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial activities, including retail units, restaurants, and food & beverage outlets, featuring direct storefront exposure and efficient circulation that support the project’s commercial attractiveness and operational performance.
The second and third floors are allocated to serviced apartments, with the architectural massing and orientation designed to maximize sea views. This approach enhances the operational value of the units and aligns with the requirements of short- and medium-term hospitality accommodation.
